Motor City Marksman - Additional Course Offerings


	This course teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. Students will learn about pistol parts and operation, ammunition, gun safety and handling rules, shooting fundamentals and positions, selecting a pistol, shooting sports and activities, and much more. Ammunition and range fees are not included in course fee.


	This course is designed to present the basic knowledge and skills, and explains the attitude necessary for the safe handling and storing of guns in the home. The course will familiarize participants with the rules for safe gun handling, identifying and unloading different types of firearms, types of ammunition, and the cleaning and storage of pistols, rifles, and shotguns in the home.
